process report (libby update)

last night i didnt start studying until 9ish after getting out of church. I get a call from a dear friend which encouraged me to start force studying since i had hours until my homework is due.

what is force studying?

it is how i have created and seems to be working now to help me learn what i am learning. Really i am realizing i am still recovering from exposure as much as healing from abuse.

how i force study is really making myself handwrite the class notes given by the professor and then attempt to do the homework. This make it more funny to say i will admit i still havent finish however I am not giving up but wanted to give me thought before forgetting on HOW TO FORCE STUDY.

as mention in my last memo, i am recovering psyically and emotionally. i wanted to mention i stared to foce study at 8 ish after church. i copy the "citationsP notse and hten worked on the worksheet. i did finally slept at 4:20 then work up at 6:20 am to get ready to my jouerny to class at 9:30am
